Affiliate Program Terms of Service
Agreement By signing up as an affiliate in the IPTVWOW Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).
Registration To begin the registration process, you will complete and submit an online application via the IPTVWOW website. We may re-evaluate your application at any time.
Affiliate Responsibilities It is understood that you will introduce IPTVWOW to your current and prospective customers and that you will comply with all laws governing email marketing and anti-spam laws. IPTVWOW reserves the right to accept or reject any prospective customer and will pay you a commission per customer referred using your affiliate link in accordance with the current “Affiliate Commission Structure.”
Affiliate Commission Structure You will receive a commission for referring authorized customers via your affiliate link. The current rate is 25% of the product sale price paid by the customer. Commissions are subject to review and change.
Payment Affiliate payments will be subject to a set minimum threshold and processed via PayPal. You must provide us with the correct PayPal account information.
Legal Compliance All affiliates must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations within their jurisdiction. This includes tax laws, disclosure requirements, and any other legal obligations.
Intellectual Property IPTVWOW retains all rights to our brand and other intellectual property. You may not modify our brand or intellectual property under any circumstances.
Termination Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks), spamming (mass emails, mass newsgroup posting, etc.), advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities, or for any violation of this agreement.
Limitation of Liability IPTVWOW will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of “malicious intent” toward the program or our website.
